1 from Madison to Columbus (ky) - n2
Vicksburg, NO, Mobile, Columbus (Ga), 1 from Charleston (n1) => to Annapolis - n7

39 12/29/2019 10:38:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message Sorry, the 3SP'S in St. Louis will go to Springfield, MO.
38 12/29/2019 10:32:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message For my Strategic Movement,
I will leave my 3SP'S in Gettysburg.
The 3SP'S in Columbus go to Pittsburgh.
The 3SP'S in Indianapolis will stay.
And the 3SP'S in St. Louis will stay.

37 12/28/2019 4:16:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message THAT will work!

Reb reinforcements:
Tn - Dover (n2)
Ark - Madison
Tex Sabine
Ms Vicksburg
La - NO
SC Charleston
NC - Weldon
Virg - Richmond (n1)
Flori Ft Gadsen

Blockade reinforcements (level - 0):
Sabine n2, Columbus, Charleston n2, Wilmington
36 12/28/2019 2:34:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message How about Gettysburg.
35 12/28/2019 12:41:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Cann't place them in WDC...must be outside of WDC since there is no friendly RR line to WDC.

Where else besides WDC?
34 12/28/2019 11:44:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message Washington D.C. with the Army of the Potomac.
33 12/28/2019 11:22:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message No problemo, bud...
So, you have placed:
3SP'S in Columbus,
3SP'S in Indianapolis
3SP'S in St. Louis

To where outside of WDC do you place the 4SPs for the East?
32 12/27/2019 8:33:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message Sorry Rich,
Make that 3SP'S to St. Louis.

31 12/26/2019 8:48:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message You only get 4SPs total for the West...if you take the Annapolis capitol subtraction from there,,,,then only receiving 3SPs total for the West.
30 12/26/2019 8:46:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Since there is no direct rail line to WDC...the SPs in the East must be placed outaide of WDC...but may be strat moved to WDC since there is an army in WDC.
29 12/26/2019 7:44:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message OK,
I will put 4SP's in Washington.
3SP'S in Columbus, 3SP'S in Indianapolis
and 5SP'S in St. Louis.
28 12/26/2019 2:40:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Because WDC doesn't have a rail line to off board (Baltimore in Reb possession), the East reinforcements are reduced to 4.
Additionally, since Annapolis is the "capital" of Maryland, an additional SP is removed from the East, Mid-West or Western pool of reinforcements.

So you will place 4 in the East, 6 in the Midwest, 4 in the West => minus 1SP from the above for Annapolis. Please re-do your reinforcements.
27 12/26/2019 2:10:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message Over to you for your reinforcements. Then I will do my Strategic Movement.
26 12/26/2019 2:09:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message OK Rich,
Here are my Reinforcements.
8SP'S in Washington D.C.
3SP'S in Columbus, Ohio
3SP'S in Indianapolis, IN
6SP'S IN St. Louis, MO

25 12/25/2019 10:58:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Absolutely!

If a good bone roll with a reinforced ANV could take WDC. The good thing about that is the Yanks get to relocate their capitol to the interior => very unlikely it will ever come under attack again in the game.

Thru attrition, you might be able to attrit the ANV to the point of extinction.

If you can cut-off the ANV from supply, it will take a lot of losses trying to get back into supply and cause the Rebs a lot of stress!
24 12/25/2019 10:18:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message Hi Richard,
Merry Christmas to you also. Before I go ahead with my Reinforcements I have a question? Since the Rebs are in Baltimore,
should I start to be worried?

22 12/25/2019 3:18:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Amend that move to drop 2SPs in Baltimore...so ANV ends with 2SPs total.
21 12/25/2019 3:16:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message McDowell almost moves out! But alas he has the "slows"...

ANV will continue by dropping 1 in Frederick, then moves to Baltimore (drops 1), then ends in Annapolis.

16 12/17/2019 2:15:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #112: 2 / Severe Storms at Sea
Interrupt card, cancel a Naval movement initiated by a 3OC. This card cannot cancel a Naval movement initiated by an Event card (including a naval movement initiated by a campaign card event). Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:

Confederate places a total of two SPs in any single space in KY, MO, MD or DE that contains a general or army in these states. The space can be controlled by either side or neutral and does not require a LOC. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
OK, 3 more PC's in West Virginia, we will put them in Parkersburg, Charleston and Weston. West Virginia likes the Union.
12 12/15/2019 2:04:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #115: 2 / Galveston
The Confederate player may move 1 SP from a blockade runner port (open or closed) to its associated ungarrisoned Union controlled coastal fort (no Union SP present) and immediately place a Confederate PC marker (does not require a LOC) in the Coastal fort space. 9 12/12/2019 2:47:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #51: 1 / Confederate Torpedoes
Confederate receives three torpedo counters. Must be placed in a friendly controlled port, and no more than one per space. Torpedoes provide a -1 DRM against Running the Guns and a +1 DRM against amphibious assaults.

Message from Union:
Playing this card to have my 1SP Unit in Frederick go to Washington and join McDowell and the Army of the Potomac. Washington n6.
8 12/12/2019 2:40:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message I would like to play without the new Logistics Rule.

7 12/12/2019 1:15:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message I assume we are playing the "Full Monty" with-out the new Logistics rules, eh? Or, would you rather play with the new Logistics rules? Less complicated w/o the Logisitics...but makes it easier for the Rebs to raid into WV and the northland...correspondingly makes it more difficult for the Yanks to launch stuff from WV and thru Knoxville into the heart of the South.
6 12/12/2019 1:11:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #125: 1 / Confederate Locomotive shortage
The Union player may randomly remove one strategy card from the Confederate hand, which is discarded. Remove from deck if event is played.

Confederate Player may move 2 SPs using Strategic Movement from the same space using rail connections only (5 space maximum) to the same space with a Confederate General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more Union SPs or fort. OR play this card as an automatic 2 space interception. Intervening space must be friendly controlled and free of enemy SPs. The intervening space may be the one just exited by the moving enemy force. No Generals or SPs may be picked up or dropped off during the intercept.

Message from Union:
OK, let's start with Freemont in St. Louis. He will take his guys and go to Cairo and stop there. Cairo n3.
