1Sp Springfield(n0) to Bloomington(n5)

29 1/26/2020 7:49:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Also it looks like you short changed yourself on some reinforcements

I count

4 in the East in Philadelphia

5 in Central (3 Bloomingington 1 in Cincinnati, 1 in Columbus)

2 in West (2 in Cairo)

You should have 4 SPs in the West so 2 more SPs should be placed there as it appears you elected to reduce the Central reinforcements by 1.
28 1/26/2020 7:41:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message A few things

The US East Coast reinforcements were listed as being placed in Baltimore, but per the map, they are in Philadelphia. Baltimore is an ineligible space and is CSA controlled and occupied.

What happened to the SP in Indianapolis? It looks like you moved it to Bloomington, correct?

Also to avoid ambiguity, you should indicate the revised total of SPs In the space after placement.

For example Cairo should be 4 or n4. I use the n as an abbreviation for now.

Let me know if the above is correct.

Also I prefer prefixing the move files with a sequentially increasing numeric number to make it easier to sort.

As per my earlier message, the reason I would bypass the standard order of play is to speed up situations such as the early reinforcement placements for the CSA which will not change based on where the US reinforcements go.

If you prefer I follow the strict sequence of play, I can do that.

Note on subsequent turns, CSA reinforcement placement may wait until US reinforcement placement.

26 1/26/2020 2:17:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Enteies should still be in the log. The reasn I placed my reinforcments frst is that their placements is they wpuld not change based on your reinforcement placement.

That's to speed up the game. When my reinforcement placement would change based on yours, I would hold off.
25 1/26/2020 12:18:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Did you type your reinforcements and SR into the log?

21 1/24/2020 9:09:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Correct DC Is not isolated, but it is cut off by land/rail connection to the north edge, so reinforcements are reduced.

See under 10.31
EAST: If Washington is held by the Union and it can trace a LOC via rail connections off the north map edge, the Union player receives 8 SPs in Washington.

If the above condition cannot be met then the Union player receives 4 SPs in any friendly controlled space in PA, DE or NJ free of Confederate SPs. If no legal spaces are available then the SPs are lost.
20 1/24/2020 8:25:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message I don't believe that DC is isolated. It can trace supply to Annapolis, a Union controlled port - rule 8.2
19 1/23/2020 12:00:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message USA reinforcements reduced by 5 ( DC cut off to 4 and -1 for Harrisburg control)
