Villers activates a reg and an Indian, moves 3 spaces to Oneida Carry West, drops the reg and moves back to Schnectady with the Indian and raids.

There is only one raid roll. Both Indians and Villers raid. I think Villers can return to Montreal (not Niagara), see 10.421. Montreal is 6 spaces away (through the Adiriondacks) and Niagara is 7 spaces away. The 2 Indians will go back to Pays den Haut.

You can roll for the raid, then take your turn.
