Confederate Player may move 5 SPs using Strategic Movement (rail connections only) to the same space with a Confederate General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more Union SPs or fort. If a general casualty occurs in a battle caused by this card, the Commanding General is eligible, this is an exception to the rules. See 4.5.

Activate Pope in Philadelphia

move to Harrisburg with 5 SP, picks up 1 ( Harrisburg n=4) moves to Gettysburg and attacks Frederick with 6 SP.

20 2/19/2020 1:32:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message All spaces in West Virginny are Yank controlled.
19 2/19/2020 1:31:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Good catch Sven! Nope, didn't include Yanks capturing West Virginny...so here is the corrected end of the turn stuff...
Spring 1861 end of turn

CSA PCs: Frederick, Baltimore, Annapolis
Yank PCs: none seen

State control & Raids:
-5 for the Yanks from 103+ to 95- for the Rebs raidin Maryland
+5 for the Rebs from 100+ to 105+
Best to do the West Virginny for Yanks AFTER the Raid...can calculate the result of Raids & State control to match what is best for your side...so,
+5SW for the Yanks from 95- to 102+

Emancy (NOT in play) & War Wieriness: n/a

Attrition:
USA
-1 for AoP - n3, and another for OOS to n2
CSA
none seen

Blockade - 0
Amphib - 0

Now we should be ready for your reinforcements...
(don't forget...-4 for the East for no RR connection with WDC & -1 from either of the 3 areas of reinforcements for the Reb capture of capitol of Maryland...your choice. The SPs in the East may NOT go to WDC. Also, since WDC is OOS, may not strat move into WDC...just to keep in mind what you might want to plan for your strats and next card pull. Apologize, if you already know all this stuff...don't want you to get caught unawares.
18 2/18/2020 4:30:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Message probably the worst start you can possibly have as the Union
Did you add in West Virginia; I have 4 of the 7 regions, or?
