381 7/6/2020 11:37:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #82: 3 / Foreign Intervention - Reshuffle/Remove
Either player can play this card as an EC when Confederate SW is 110+. If this is the last card in a players hand or the second to last and the player holds the Emancipation Proclamation, if the condition is met, it must be played as an EC, if not it can be played as an OC. EFFECTS: 1. Union Blockade reduced by one (cannot become greater than 4 for the remainder of the game). 2. Union -2 SP Reinforcements for the remainder of the game (Union choice). 3. Union SW reduced by 10. Remove from deck if event is played. If card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at end of the Strategy Phase.

357 5/28/2020 6:12:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message William,

Doesn't sound like you are socially distancing.

Two items.

1. You had a file for retreat, do you have a file for the rest of the move?

2. Your second move is not legal. You cannot cross the river at Memphis as I have control of the river all the way down until I get to Vicksburg. Vicksburg is the only place you can cross to the Trans-Miss region.

Good you could help him. Crazy times, I feel most insulated from most of it. Got a job, where I always longed to be, falling in love. Pretty good all-round. Hurt for those less fortunate right now.

300 4/23/2020 11:38:00 PM Summer 1863 Union Message William,
Happy things are working out for you.
I have been busy helping out my brother in nj getting back to work. Only two weeks on furlough, but with 28 years seniority, he was invited to come back when they went to minimal staffing, but I spent this first week so he didn't have to use transit.
299 4/23/2020 11:16:00 PM Summer 1863 Confederate Message Damn. Where did a week go? SS drive in the laptop, and extremely intense on the relationship front. Feels really good.
Let's intercept in Fredericksburg, 6 vs 6.
U +2? (2Gens, ?Elite)
C +7 (5Gens, 2Int)
to you for Elite decision and dice.

297 4/15/2020 10:02:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Message You can intercept in Frederick if you want.
You would be +7, I would be +2, not using the elite.
If you don't intercept, I will control Frederick and advance to Hanover.

295 4/15/2020 9:58:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Play Strategy card as Event #3: 1 / Forward to Richmond
Union may activate any Union army within 4 spaces of Richmond, VA. The army must enter Richmond or move as close to Richmond as possible, but may convert spaces to maintain an LOC. All SPs associated with the army must be moved (no dropping off SPs), except 1 SP may be left if the Army began its movement from a fort (if last SP, move completed). If played by the Confederate, he draws a card from the Union hand which is discarded, and the Union player follows the instructions of this card as his next card play.

Message from Union:
I will still play it now.
