The Confederate player may move 1 SP from a blockade runner port (open or closed) to its associated ungarrisoned Union controlled coastal fort (no Union SP present) and immediately place a Confederate PC marker (does not require a LOC) in the Coastal fort space. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
Create AoTN in Columbus, OH. Grant CG, Stoneman Cav Chief and Halleck DCG 6-1

McClellan is stewing in Grafton. When he saw Halleck on the mad dash to Columbus last turn, he had a suspicion of this. However, he then figured Grant would go to Manassas and give McDowell a break and be a force there. Then, he envisioned Halleck coming his way and he would form the Army of the Cumberland to drive south into VA putting fear into the CSA as he is such a great organizer. Now he knows the truth. Be prepared to be called upon when needed.

So, loss of 2 SW for USA as Mac’s PV is outstanding (best damn GO on the map, just ask him; oh and don’t mention A. Johnston’s PV for it is just not the same).
