548 7/29/2020 3:05:00 AM Fall 1863 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #82: 3 / Foreign Intervention - Reshuffle/Remove
Either player can play this card as an EC when Confederate SW is 110+. If this is the last card in a players hand or the second to last and the player holds the Emancipation Proclamation, if the condition is met, it must be played as an EC, if not it can be played as an OC. EFFECTS: 1. Union Blockade reduced by one (cannot become greater than 4 for the remainder of the game). 2. Union -2 SP Reinforcements for the remainder of the game (Union choice). 3. Union SW reduced by 10. Remove from deck if event is played. If card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at end of the Strategy Phase.

531 7/22/2020 1:17:00 PM Fall 1863 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #69: 3 / Gideon Welles, The Naval Program

530 7/22/2020 8:57:00 AM Fall 1863 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #73: 1 / Ball's Bluff
The Union removes one SP (Confederate chooses) within two spaces (including a river connection) of a Confederate SP due to poor leadership. A Union SP can be removed from a Coastal fort.

Message from Union:
Fort in Washington.

505 7/15/2020 9:44:00 AM Summer 1863 Confederate Message It's not legal but not for the reason you think.

SM is rail or river. My move is wrong because of course I don't cotnrol the river WEest of Dover. So leave my SP in Paducah.

503 7/15/2020 9:25:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Message Paducah to Dover is legal? There is no rail and its not an army. I thought it had to be one or the other. If that is legal I would move the units in Nagodoches and Marshall to Shreveport..let me know.

Reynolds and 3SP leave AoP N2, and amph assault Fernandina, Florida.
485 7/8/2020 9:14:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Message My map shows Fredericksburg as USA. It has been that since move 213 in Summer of 1862. I don't see where CSA ever converted it back. My intercept was based on the question that Grant was in supply in the Wilderness (by I didn't state that location) from Manassas and if he moved to Hanover (which I also didn't state) he could be in supply from Fredericksburg, but I couldn't recall if that is how supply worked in an intercept.

What I asked was "My assumption is that Grant is in supply when he starts from Manassas and will be in supply when he gets there from Fredericksburg-Manassas-Washington..so if that is true then yes he tries. 3-"

Anyway as you say it is moot as the result would be the same even with an additional +2 on CSA..but retreat to Fredericksburg should not cost an additional 1SP so 3Sp there.

Ah Ha! I knew the Baltimore revolt card hadn't been played..good thing I left that 1SP there. Morgan can use rail movement bonus if he wants to go all the way to the AoM

483 7/8/2020 3:31:00 AM Summer 1863 Confederate Message Agaibn Fredericksburg is not cotnrolled by you so Grant loses an extra 1 n2 i beleive.
482 7/8/2020 3:30:00 AM Summer 1863 Confederate Message Clearly I am not paying attention. Anyway it's moot now!
481 7/8/2020 3:29:00 AM Summer 1863 Confederate Message I somehow misread the original post, if Grant had intercepted into Hanover he woudl have been out of supply, (you don't yet control The Wilderness) that's why I assumed it was Manassas).
480 7/7/2020 12:16:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Play Strategy card as Event #111: 2 / Wilsonís Raid
Union may place two Union PC markers in any spaces within four spaces (includes river connections) of a single Union cavalry brigade. The four space range CAN be traced through Northeast Alabama. These PC Markers (in contravention of rule 11.3D), CAN be placed in blockade runner ports/ and or resource spaces devoid of Confederate SPs or forts (but may contain an Ironclad or Torpedoes), resulting in their immediate destruction. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
Place USA Flags in Clinton and Clarksville, Tennessee
479 7/6/2020 9:49:00 AM Summer 1863 Union Message The interception happened in Hanover, not Manassas
