620 8/28/2020 2:18:00 PM Spring 1864 Union Message Quite the final battle! Although I have more than 2 general in the AoP with Grant..your board must be wrong again!
Of course now you have two minor campaigns!

Well you are at -6SW so yes I guess it is time to call it a day..odd that I can win with zero activity in NC, SC, GA and AL and MS just one port each..especially as you terrorized the east coast!

I shall start another one
619 8/28/2020 3:29:00 AM Spring 1864 Confederate Message Fancy another? I've found a rhythm of playing that seems to work for my quite well now so hopefully it won't limp on.
618 8/28/2020 3:29:00 AM Spring 1864 Confederate Message There's some major SW swings too

And at this point I'd like to formally concede. I am actually struggling to think of a second move. My remaining card is yet another minor campaign and I suspect at best I'll be making division moves, certain.ly nothing can gain me SW.

Well played. You've had this game in the bag for ages, despite my attempted comeback by burning DC. I think you've cracked the "attack where the CSA is weak" approach and you've used the navy far more effectively than in previous games. If you'd just kept me out of Pennsylvannia and New Jersey this game woudl have been over ages ago!

May not be discarded by the Union. Union must use this card as an OC. If at the conclusion of movement, a Union SP is not on or adjacent to Grand Ecore, LA, then the Union loses 5 SW points. If a Union SP is in one of the objective spaces then a Union PC marker can immediately be placed to convert the space or spaces. Remove from deck if Union plays card.

EFFECTS: 1. Union Blockade reduced by one (cannot become greater than 4 for the remainder of the game). 2. Union -2 SP Reinforcements for the remainder of the game (Union choice). 3. 529 7/22/2020 3:31:00 AM Fall 1863 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #81: 3 / Emancipation Proclamation - Reshuffle/Remove
Either player must play this card as an EC on the Strategy Round immediately following a Union large or medium battle victory. Confederate loses 10 SW and 3 SPs (his choice). Union loses 5 SW. Flip GT marker to its Emancipation Proclamation side. Card must be the last one played by a player at which time it can be played as an OC card. If the play of this card as an OC results in a battle victory, there is no Emancipation Proclamation Remove from deck if event is played. If this card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at the end of the Strategy Phase.
