440 7/15/2020 7:15:00 AM Summer 1864 Union Message In that case, I will concede

We are starting Summer 1864, and Union SW is at 55(-). Control of Missouri and/or Kentucky is possible, but two bad large battles or a discarder resulting in a raid could cost Lincoln the election.

In addition, though I just closed off both Gulf zones, I have been unable to take out a single resource center. Confederate SW is 85(-), so there is the additional possiblity that if Union SW were to dip below 50, Confederate SW could also double Union SW resulting in Confederate victory by two conditions.

Finally, assuming Union survives past 1864, Confederate strength is at 60(!) SPs, and I'm not sure if Grant and Sherman can pare that down in the time left.

Congratulations Paul. Good game.
439 7/15/2020 6:29:00 AM Summer 1864 Confederate Message I make the SP totals out to be: USA 79, CSA 60.
SW: USA 55-, CSA 85-. None of EP, FI, or Union naval control of Miss have occurred.
AA mod +2, Blockade level 1. W. Gulf and E. Gulf areas are closed (USA has taken Sabine; Fts P/J, Morgan, Pickens, Gadsden.)
All states original status except WV (USA) and KY (CSA). USA controls 5 spaces in MO; CSA, 1. USA controls 2 spaces in KY, 7 in VA, 4 in FL, 1 each in AL, LA, TX including forts already named. No resource spaces have changed hands.
Dead generals: Rosecrans, Pleasonton, Bragg, Smith, Forrest, Longstreet, Ewell.

Let me know if any more info is needed for adjudication.
438 7/15/2020 5:58:00 AM Summer 1864 Confederate Message Roderick, I was about to suggest the same thing myself; I have little experience of this part of the game so I'm pretty curious how it will go.

I'll get the adjudication info up for our moderator shortly.

Either player may move up to two infantry SPs from the same space as if they were led by a General. This move is a Corps move and may enter enemy controlled spaces because the SPs are moving as if they are led by a general.

Message from Confederate:
Division move, 1 SP Little Rock (n3) to Nacogdoches (n2).
