If I'm in error, we can put it back with an appropriate marker, but this may be a remnant of "yesterday's" battle that I opted not to resolve int he first phase of "today." If so, you get one artillery call in Marmedy and I get two.

Anyway, let's go with your option 1. We'll say you made no attempt to enter Wiltz and the bridge wasn't blown. I'll go ahead and do the artillery rolls for Marnach. the first roll is mine, the next two are yours
