34 7/25/2020 11:52:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Good. I was a little surprised to see your message, because I thought I was pretty careful. I'm glad it was ok.

No, no campaign.

33 7/24/2020 1:18:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message Well, ran through your start of turn things and compared to the file you sent there werent any differences after all. Only the thing I told you about placing generals and that you used 8 rails BUT you made these moves:
- Monroe to Memphis
- Memphis to Columbus

So basically if you sent Monroe -> Columbus you would have only used 7 rails and everything was ok.

I think we are set. Do you wish to campaign?
32 7/24/2020 1:07:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message Few things I spotted by quick glance but I'll go through it step by step to spot any other things. But these are quite certain:
- You have 1 less SP in Mobile than you should
- You railed a total of 8SPs yet 1 was lost during the travel.

You have more freedom when placing generals. The rules say for sure that you mix both types (infantry + cavalry generals) and place them on board. However the counters are different so you know which one is cavalry general and which one is infantry general.

So basically, if you have just one cav general (like Stuart this turn) you can just decide where he goes and just randomize others. Same for turn 4 when you have Lee + 3 cav generals. You can always choose where Lee goes as long as no other infantry generals are about to be placed.
31 7/23/2020 7:04:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message OK, I'm all set. Do you want to review my setup or should we just start?

Will do my start of turn things. Normally they are done back-and-forth but its more or less a custom for me at least to just do everything (reinforcements + strategic moves + generals) to speed up things. Usually it doesnt matter that much anyway, the most important information comes on where you'll rail troops and I only have generals remaining by that point.

Reinforcements:
East: 8 to DC (AoP) n10
Central: 6 to Cincinnati n7
West: 4 to Cairo n5

Rails:
6 from Cincinnati -> Charleston WV
