108 9/17/2020 7:52:00 PM 1758 Early Season France Message for some reason the module skipped 2 turns ahead. It would not be good for a tournament as we are missing cards but it should work out for us. I just changed this back to Early Season 1758.

104 9/17/2020 7:47:00 PM 1757 Late Season France Message No attrition in the land of milk and honey....got it.

For some reason I was thinking that my 2 leaders with couriers had to head to the nearest fortifications which would have given me attrition but now I see that it's leaders with out troops.

I'll start the new turn. I'll try to get my card play in tonight...tomorrow night for sure if not.
103 9/12/2020 12:35:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message Attrition Phase:

102 9/12/2020 12:28:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message VP from 0 to France+1 (Charlestown raided marker).
101 9/12/2020 12:27:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message No worries on delays. I am also playing Paths of Glory, Bulge 20, The Napoleonic Wars, so I have plenty of games to keep me busy.

You are correct that my units in Ohio Forks suffer attrition.

You are incorrect that my units in Schenectady suffer attrition because that space is an original friendly cultivated space (the town has many shelters).

Indians & Leaders Go Home Phase:
(Mingo) in Upper Monogahela goes home to Mingo Town.
(Shawnee) in Upper Monogahela goes home to Logstown.

Remove Raided a Markers Phase:
Remove French raided marker in Charlestown. +1 VP for France.
100 9/9/2020 10:21:00 PM 1757 Late Season France Message My daughter talked me and my wife into a weekend excursion so I have to do some things tonight before we leave tomorrow. I'll try to get the Winter stuff done on Sunday when I get back and start the new turn.

For now,if I'm not mistaken you are going to suffer attrition in two places,Schenecdety and Ohio Forks. Is that correct?

British also must have Johnson within 2 spaces of GRAY settlement.Place at their settlements up to a die roll of GRAY Indian units from tribes not currently enemy. For every 1 you could place, you may instead restore 2 to full.

Message from France:
Well, that was a disaster in more ways than one. Now I have to decide if I want to play this event and suffer attrition.

I will attempt to roll better than a 2.

93 9/6/2020 10:06:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Play Strategy card as Event #6: 3 / Surrender!
Play in place of a roll on the Siege Table. At Louisbourg, you must already have Siege 1 or 2. Capture the fort or fortess intact. Enemy player places defenders at his closest unbesieged fortification.

NOTE: The deck will be reshuffled before next turn's cards are dealt.

Message from Britain:
The two French Marine Detachments in the Ohio Forks realize the size of Amherst’s force and surrender without a shot being fired.

Amherst negotiates a surrender at Ohio Forks and lets the two French Marine Detachments leave. The two Marine Detach go to the stockade at Venango.

Since no shots were fired, the Ohio Forks Fort sustained no damage. At the Ohio Forks fort, the French flag is taken down and the British flag is raised. Replace the blue French fort with red British fort in Ohio Forks.

86 9/5/2020 11:00:00 PM 1757 Late Season France Message Oh,that was stupid. I screwed those last two Indian attacks up in a couple places.

1)For some reason I had them infiltrate the fort at Will's Creek when clearly(to anyone else)the best attack path was through Upper Monongahela. I suppose if you let me do that than ,yes, there is a flipped Shawnee and Mingo at Upper Monongahela.

2)For some reason I gave Murray a +1 drm. I must have picked up Amherst on accident for that. Murray is a 0. It did not affect the results.
85 9/5/2020 3:37:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Play Strategy card as Operations #20: 1 / Amphibious Landing
Play after naval move along Amphib arrow. May not be played same year after Louisbourg Squadrons. The unit or force may land in a French-occupied or -controlled space (place Amphib marker).

Message from Britain:
Amherst and friends in Gist’s Station build a stockade in Gist’s Station.
84 9/5/2020 3:30:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message I do not think Indians must retreat to a fort.

Only Drilled Troops (square counters) must retreat to a cultivated space (square or rectangle space) or a fortification (square fort counter or square stockade).

Since the Indian counters are round, they do not have to retreat to a square space or square fortification counter.

One of the most important rules in this game is to ensure square Drilled Troops have a place to retreat otherwise they will be eliminated.

Another important rule is to ensure units move to shelter before winter. The “Courier Intercepted” card can be devestating to player’s winter plans.
83 9/5/2020 3:19:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message I think the reduced Shawnee and reduced Minho retreat to Upper Monongahela. If you disagree, let me know the rule.
82 9/4/2020 10:23:00 PM 1757 Late Season France Message That time I do a hit on the reg. but still lose the combat and must retreat. What I did not consider is that the Indian flips and must retreat to the fort space. Is it eliminated. I'll assume so unless you find something different.
