COnf wins 3/1, DC falls -30 SW Union 50 vs Conf 118 -> Conf wins Few things on the game: Just my tips, could be just wrong what I say... I would wait to build up to 4 armies with Union, in my opinion 2 are enough, becuase not having a cavalry makes the other 2 very weak. To protect DC one should build a lot of forts. Best Location is obvisouly Manassas, other places in which there must be a fort are Harpers Ferry and Friedrik. Defending East is the top priority, then KY. WY is better then MO, because if u can nuild a fort in Grafton a leave so troops there Conf can not raid PA and OH. I like to put MClelland in charge of AoP in this way it's easier to intercpet and u recevive 1 SP every turn if u are adjacent to DC. |

#103: 3 / Seven Days/Chattanooga Either player may move 2 SPs using Strategic Movement from the same space using rail connections only (10 space maximum) to the same space with a General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more enemy SPs or fort. OR play this card as an automatic 2 space interception. Intervening space must be friendly controlled and free of enemy SPs. The intervening space may be the one just exited by the moving enemy force. No Generals or SPs may be picked up or dropped off during the intercept. I'll think about next action, but realistically I've already lost. I can't put enough strength in DC to keep you from taking it, and once you do the -30 SW for losing the capital will give CSA an immediate victory (2-to-1 SW/SW). I actually thought you would load up ANV with SP and generals much earlier and pound DC until you took it, but I couldn't see what to do beyond keeping a reasonable amount of SP in the AoP there. |

I expected you to do something like that after seeing what you did earlier, but I have not figured out a strategy to prevent it. Actually I think it's your move. Here's the summary of Summer 1862: T1 Union: CSS Arkansas, 1 OP - reassign generals T1 Conf: Brooklyn Navy Yard Conversions, 2 op - AoM to Elizabeth T2 Union: Western Concentration Block, 2 OP - AoT, leave 1 SP in Little Rock, to Fayetteville and back to Little Rock T2 Conf: Copperheads, 2 OP - Van Dorn to Mackenzie T3 Union: Wilson's Raid, 2 OP - form AoC under Rosecrans T3 Conf: ? I have four cards in my hand at this time, include Elite Units 1 OP. |

I am going to sleep. From what I understood. Conf 1 move AoT Union 1 create AoC with Wilson Raid (again 2 need a two to create an army) Conf 2 move van Dorn with Copperhead Union 2 u have to play now and u still have elite unit in your hand |

Totally correct :) |

Assuming that's correct, I play Wilson's Raid and create AoC with Rosecrans commanding, as before. I need to go make dinner now, so don't expect me to move again soon. :-) |

OK, now I understand. No problem with changing your move. So AoT is in Little Rock, AoM is in Elizabeth, Van Dorn is in McKenzie and has been switched to a Cavalry General. It's now my move with Wilson's Raid in my hand and the AoC not created yet. Correct? |

After u changed your move I changed mine too :) no attack from AoM, just move Van Dorn |

I'm really confused. If you used Copperheads to move the AoM and attack AoT, you can activate Van Dorn and move to Mackenzie, but you need to play a card another card to do it. Copperheads has already been used. |

No from what I understood u created the army and then I moved van Dorn, now up to u again |

Or are you taking back that move, and it's now my turn again with the 2 ops still in my hand and the AoC not created yet? |

I thought you used Copperheads to activate AoM and attack AoT, which retreated to Clarksville? |

What card? I don't show you as having played a card after I created AoC. |
