About the river crossing rules, the 6.62 pt 2 said you cannot cross because I have a fort in Dover, so from Dover to upriver spaces of Cumberland river I deny your naval control, is it right?

also, you can only ever inflict up to twice number SP you have as damage..so even though i rolled a 3, i cna only inflict 2 points damage on your guys (so you get 1 more SP)

finally, did you review rule i sent on union crossing river? if so, ill start my turn next just wanted to make sure all good
