120 1/2/2021 7:39:00 PM 1758 Early Season Britain Message Error there. It would be Murray and 4 trying to intercept at Trenton. I don't want Wolfe leaving NYC.
119 1/2/2021 3:16:00 PM 1758 Early Season Britain Message Happy New Year to you also. I am going to proceed on the assumption that 2021 can't be any worse that 2020 has been.

Also, I want to make sure you are aware that I can intercept you at Trenton with part of my army from NYC. So I will try to have Forbes and 4 Highlanders make the intercept if you try the Trenton raid. If you want to change the move do so and if not you can roll to see if I make the intercept. If I get in the result will be auto elimination of the Huron with no chance to score a hit.

Message from Britain:
Activate Webb and Amherst.

Amherst with his 4 units move to Carlisle where he drops all except for the Light Infantry. They continue into Raystown where he drops the Light. Then with his last move point he steps back to Carlisle.

Next Webb walking with Johnson, 2x4-4RA, 1x3-4Reg, 3x2-4NP, 2x[1-4]NP and 1x1-6Mohawk (leaves 1 Mohawk) back to Albany where he drops all except for 1 N Provo. They continue back and end in Adirondacks South.
85 12/23/2020 9:35:00 AM 1757 Late Season Britain Message Glad to hear you are just overly busy with other things. I didn't think the volcano issue on the big island would be having any impact on you but with the corona going around I worry when people drop off the grid for too long.
And here, a few days in the upper 30's plus a little rain and the snow is almost all gone.
You are correct about doing the extra raids in the Southern Department. With the -1 DRM getting to 3 successes is not good odds unless you are sure you will have the chance for better raids later. And with only 3 cards left and only 1 Indian in a position to do another raid that isn't likely to happen. So since this is sort of a learning experience I would be OK with changing your original raid orders to, "Keep raiding until one success is achieved, then send everyone else back home." In that case the 2 Shawnee would be in their home space. Your choice, it doesn't have a major impact on what I am doing.

81 12/22/2020 11:01:00 PM 1757 Late Season France Message Yes those losses are painful but kinda fair after all my raid success last game ... a better play on my part would have been to run the Shawnee back to Ohio Forks once I got one hit as the chances to get two additional hits are pretty low ...

Play if Johnson is within 2 spaces of Canajoharie. Place all Mohawk (RED) Indian units not on the map with Johnson and restore any reduced Mohawks to full

Message from Britain:
Place the two Mohawks with Johnson at Canajoharie.
76 12/18/2020 3:35:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message Wow, that was unexpected. Just like that the Shawnee are no more and their marker is removed. I was expecting at least one success in 4 tries but I never thought the losses would be so high for the Indians.

We did indeed get a lot of snow. I had to remove 8 to 10 inches from my driveway to get the cars out. Something that clearly never happens in Hawaii.

65 12/15/2020 6:36:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Play Strategy card as Event #53: 1 / Rangers
Place a Rangers unit at a fortification, or restore 2 Rangers units to full strength.

Message from Britain:
Amherst is also getting a Ranger.

So back to you for your decision about the [Ojibwa] and then your next card.
64 12/15/2020 6:34:00 PM 1757 Late Season Britain Message Huron gets flipped and staggers back to White River Falls.
The [Ojibwa] is more of a question. You may not want to risk trying to infiltrate with him because he could get eliminated if we fight and he has a relatively poor chance of hitting the Provincial. So while I was willing to tell you what to do with the Huron I am less sure I should tell you what to do with the [Ojibwa]. My next play will not be changed by what you decide to do so I will play my next card. If you try to infiltrate you can make my intercept roll and resolve as necessary. Then you can make your next play. Hope this isn't confusing things too much.
