83 1/14/2021 12:32:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message Steffen,
thank you, and no need to be sorry: the game is richly textured and because of this it's easy to overlook things like these... no worries!
82 1/14/2021 12:28:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Sorry, I put that in the journal (#78). Of course Bragg can only take 6 with him and he only took 6 with him and left 3 in Richmond
81 1/14/2021 12:00:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message Steffen,
for precision, a Corps move may at most be made with a total of 6 SPs, so 3 SPs would in any case have had to stay at Richmond...
80 1/14/2021 11:57:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message Steffen,
Hello, and thanks.
Just a note on your instructions: in a Corps move the activated General can only carry with him at most one more General. Assuming in your move you would leave behind at Richmond VA Generals Beauregard and Smith, which therefore, for the record, were not present at the battle.
Note that if Bragg had won the battle at Hanover he would have had to stop there, and at the end of the move you would have had two Generals without SPs at Richmond, giving me the choice of which one of the two to send to the Turn Record Track…
As Bragg retreated, the position at the end of your move is fine and legal.
Now I will go back to thinking about the next move…
79 1/14/2021 11:29:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message sorry...you get +3 so 7 (2 hits = Richmond n7) and I have 2 (1 hit = AoP n9)

74 1/13/2021 6:22:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message Steffen,
Hello, and thanks for your kind words. I agree and will do my best to also speed-up play.
As to your move, there’s a couple of problems: I understand that Concentration Cards require the concentration to occur in the space where the General to be activated is located. In this case, A. Johnston cannot move to Franklin TN before being activated; a concentration activating General A. Johnston must occur in the space where he is located, namely at Nashville TN.
This would not be a major problem, however, I do not see a path of 8 spaces or less from Nashville TN (or Franklin TN) that reaches Grafton…
Please review, and feel free to make any changes to your move, including playing a different card, etc.
Thanks

Either player may move up to two infantry SPs from the same space as if they were led by a General. This move is a Corps move and may enter enemy controlled spaces because the SPs are moving as if they are led by a general.

Alternatively I can list all units/generals and PC positions... which one would you prefer?
Thanks

Confederate player receives 2 SP in any friendly controlled Texas space (both SPs placed in the same space). The space does not need a LOC. The space may not contain Union SPs or forts. If no eligible space exists the SPs are lost.
