73 1/19/2021 2:17:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message (I also have you with 4sp in St Louis, 3 of which you could potentially move east if you wanted another option for Lewistown.)
72 1/19/2021 2:10:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message Couple things:
1) You can't move generals during SR. So Burnside has to stay in Evansville, and you can't take all of a general's sp away (he has to have someone to boss around!).
2) You do get one general from the turn track after SR is done this turn, so you could put Halleck into Lewistown to command the stack you're building if you like.
3) You aren't allowed to draw cards until after SR and general placement. I know you're just learning so whatever, we'll just play on like this, but you aren't supposed to know what your hand is going to be when you decide on your SR.

TL/DR: Are you ok with Halleck in Lewistown (instead of Burnside)? You can still get to the same 6sp by moving the sp you left behind in Cincinnati. I will assume that and do my own SR, but feel free to change something.
71 1/19/2021 6:02:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message please check that is correct
70 1/19/2021 6:01:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message Burnside + 2SP from Evansville to Lewistown

68 1/17/2021 3:24:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message Fall 1861 has no reinforcements so we go straight to SR. You are first and can move up to 15sp around via friendly railroads or port to port (or if you're moving into an army you can use roads and you can mix all 3, as long as you have line-of-supply the whole way).
67 1/17/2021 3:20:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate End Turn
66 1/17/2021 3:19:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message End of turn stuff:

Political Control
CSA gets flags in York, Harrisburg, and Chambersburg; Harpers Ferry VA; Kansas City, Lexington, and Jefferson City MO (which flips the state of MO, which gives me an additional flag in St Joseph).
USA gets flags in Louisville, Lebanon, and Somerset KY.

Attrition

USA
USA 102+ -5(MD) -5(PA) -3(Changing Fortunes) = 89-
65 1/17/2021 3:10:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Result is 1/1, which would eliminate both sides.
However, rule 7.34 says you can't have both sides eliminated so whoever inflicted more casualties gets to keep 1sp. Since it's a tie, that rule says we both keep our sp. (Mine stays in Harrisburg, yours is pushed back to Lewistown where it attacked from.)

Remove up to three enemy PC markers in Kentucky. You must also remove one of your own PC markers from the state if you have any there. Removal of a PC marker makes a space neutral. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:
(Technically I have the option to go first if I have a Campaign card and want to open with it, but the south almost never wants to do that even when it's an option so your assumption that you were going first is totally reasonable. Your blockade level event has been played now and we're all caught up.)

33 1/8/2021 6:17:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message Hi Randy
Sorry, no strat reinforcement for me, and i will still play the same card but not get the pc marker in St Philip/Jackson
32 1/5/2021 7:42:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message You seem like you might be fairly new to the game. Would it help if we hopped on a voice call (maybe Discord?) for a couple of turns so I could explain things?
31 1/5/2021 1:45:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Oh, and after SR we place generals as well. Let me know what you want your SR to be.
30 1/5/2021 1:44:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message You skipped the strategic reinforcement step. You can move up to 15 sp around via rail connections (or into an army). Then I can move 7. THEN we draw cards.

(Also I do have an sp in Fort PJ so that card doesn't work as an event when we do get there.)
29 1/5/2021 7:50:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Event #61: 3 / Ship Island/Key West
