Either player must play this card as an EC on the Strategy Round immediately following a Union large or medium battle victory. Confederate loses 10 SW and 3 SPs (his choice). Union loses 5 SW. Flip GT marker to its Emancipation Proclamation side. Card must be the last one played by a player at which time it can be played as an OC card. If the play of this card as an OC results in a battle victory, there is no Emancipation Proclamation Remove from deck if event is played. If this card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at the end of the Strategy Phase.

90 1/18/2021 8:43:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message it would be true if Fort Gadson was garrisoned. please see rules :

18.0 Play Note for 6.4 Amphibious Assaults
Amphibious Assaults into enemy forts follow two basic cases, ungar- risoned fort and garrisioned fort. With three exceptions, the outcome doesn’t change whether there are 1, 2 or 3 Union SP. The results are written result versus attacker/ defender.

Amphibious Assault vs. Ungarrisoned Fort
1-0: In this case the Amphibious invasion fails because the fort wins the battle under rule 7.32, and the Union loses 1sp.
0-1: In this case the Amphibious invasion wins, due to 7.32, the Union SP survives and remains in the fort space.
0-0: In this case the Amphibious invasion wins, due to rule 6.81, where the Amphibious invasion wins ties and has a surviving SP.

--> my comment : we are in this case
1-1: This is a case for ungarrisoned forts, where the number of invading SPs makes a difference in the outcome. If there is only 1 Union SP the Amphibious invasion fails, due to rule 7.32, and 6.81 does not apply since there are no surviving SP. If there are 2 or more Union SP, then the Amphibious invasion succeeds due to 6.81 since there is a surviving Union SP.
---

1-1*: If there is 1 Union SP, the invasion fails, because 7.34 does not apply, but 7.33 does, since there is a surviving defending zero SP. If there is 2 or more Union SP, the Amphibious invasion succeeds due to 7.32. The asterisk breaks the tie in favor of the attacker and there are surviving Union SP.
2-Any: This result is rare, but the Amphibious invasion fails due to 7.32.

Amphibious Assault vs. Garrisoned Fort 1-0: The Amphibious invasion fails, due to 7.32.
0-1: The Amphibious invasion succeeds due to 7.32.
0-0: The Amphibious invasion fails due to 7.32.
1-1: The Amphibious invasion fails due to 7.32. Rule 7.34 does not apply because the defender is not eliminated due to the zero SP fort.
1-1*: This is the one case for garrisoned forts where the number of Union SP changes the outcome. If there is 1 Union SP, the invasion fails, because 7.34 does not apply, but 7.33 does, since there is asurviving defending zero SP. If there is 2 or more Union SP, the Amphibious invasion succeeds due to 7.32. The asterisk breaks the tie in favor of the attacker and there are surviving Union SP.
2-Any: The Amphibious invasion fails due to 7.32.
89 1/18/2021 8:24:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message I don't see how the attack on Ft. Gadsen is automatic win for the Union. It is a small battle, you have no leader DRM's, and the Hunley will guarantee a 1SP loss for the Union. It is possible that with a die roll of 1, 2 or 3. the amphibious assault will fail. I believe a die roll is needed to determine the outcome of the attack on Ft Gadsen.

55 1/6/2021 12:19:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message Hi
I understand the issue.
When I rolled for the generals I said it was by alpha order. so when I put them in the map, I take them by alpha order and I don't know why but I made a mistake in the alpha order when I wrote it on ACTS...

In Alpha order, Buell should be before Burnside so Buell should be at HF while Burnside should be in Pittsburg. This is what I had on my map...
So I don't know how to fix that.
