hmm, I think this game's gonna get real weird. If I force you to pay a cost, and you don't have sufficient coin, then you discard cards. But, can you discard cards to pay for an action of your own volition? Specifically, I'm thinking of your betray action which costs 2 rupees, but you only have 1 rupee. Can you play the betray action, spend your 1 rupee, and then discard a card? I'd think not, but I dunno. (in this particular case, you'd also have to pay me an additional 2x rupees as I have 2 spies on you betray card) |
