I thought AOW picked up SP from AONV, then attacked Wilderness... I'm pointing this out just so you are aware of the potential danger... in the unlikely event that Lee's AOW actually lost a battle.

>>>As a result of misunderstanding I don‘t have the chance to intercept you in Frededricksburg and would like to put my state reinforcement into the AoNV instead of Richmond (= AoNV n3 and Richmond n1). Would that be ok?

that's fine...
in fact, if AOW wants to attack Fredericksburg instead of Wilderness, OR attack both ...that's fine too... just let me know what you decide.

ps. I want AONV to intercept into Frededricksburg so that it's exposed in a forward position ... right now, Hanover is too secure for me to do anything.

358 1/25/2021 5:39:00 AM Spring 1863 Union Message >>>AoP may intercept on 1-3

ok, a strategy tip here...
I would not intercept here since you still have the last card play... but if this was your last card, then AOP would try to intercept... because if AOP makes it, and if AOP wins the battle, then Lee's AOW will be forced to retreat back to Hanover where AONV is... so one of your army is poof... just like the Mud March thing I described earlier... you would take a massive SW hit... so again, be careful how you move when operating in close proximity of multiple armies.

yes, good use of VD... something I always try to do...
but in this case, to use rail bonus, all 10 spaces must be friendly control... so VD cannot move into the 9th and 10th space as they are USA PC.

since this is your last card, I would allow you to revise ...
I would suggest you use Smith alone from AONV, pick up 2 in Lynch, and drop 1 in Knox, 1 in Cleveland... this accomplished the same thing with the 2-Op card ... OR you could just use the 2 SP from Lynch and do a division move to drop 1 in Knox, 1 in Cleveland... OR something else.

but do let me know how you revise the move...
