If you capture the Fort, in this case Fort Morgan, the city Hex , in this case Mobile goes not automaticly to the winner of the battle?

Not quite. The union captures only the fort which is guarding the blockade port, Fort Morgan for Mobile for example. CSA would still control Mobile for LOC etc purposes but he cant bring reinforcements to that space via Blockade Runner reinforcements.

When you make an amphibious assault against a coastal fort the assaulting SPs stay in the coastal fort space if they win the fight OR if the coastal fort was empty. They wont move inland to the blockade port.

The biggest thing you can reconsider is your general placement however. Regular generals and cavalry generals are rolled separately. So if you want you can randomize them again to get cavalry general where you want it for example.
