finally one other option would be to use cards in Vassal and use ACTS just for communications and dice rolling

Other option is to use 3rd edition cards. But how do we deal with the ACTS card draw? We simply look at the card number? It can get confusing... or shall we use cards in Vassal? Suggestion welcome

39 2/2/2021 7:19:00 PM 323 - 320 BC Horse Message The ACTS card manifest Filippo linked to seems to be Ed 1. According to the file in the drop box, in Ed 3, the elephant card is not a bonus, but a 2-CPs event.

For the activation, it's just been a while since I played successors :) disregard. But I did seem to have missed my own movement phase, so I will place a mercenary with antipater on my next activation.

in terms of cards i thought too we were using the 3rd edition but this module is using the 1st edition cards... i own the 3rd edition and i checked. My cards have different text.
the vassal is for the third edition [though not sure it makes too much difference for the vassal file]
if we want to continue to use ACTS we have to carry on with the 1st edition cards.
shame as i prefer the cards in the third editon but that's the way it is#
i am happy to carry on

I thought we were playing 3rd ed. That card should be a normal event (not a bonus) which places 1 elephant with a friendly army in Asia, correct? And there should be no activation of a general (and therefore no mercenary). Or am I missing something?
