Without the intercept, you would have won, even with the 2/4 roll. I had to play the card, although if you believe the intercept roll would have been the first battle roll, McClellan would have intercepted without finding the 3 cigars. But that's leaving too much to chance and McClellan! |

Yes. Attacking JJ seems to be a standard opening USA move, provided the USA player has a 3Ops card. |

Correct, if you had attacked JJ the Que would be lost (can be used to bluff an attack, though).. Or if I did something else, it would be lost as well.. But if you could attack JJ, you would have on your first play.. :) |

As I watched your example and read the OpsQ rules, it appears to me that one has to play the cards consecutively to gain the benefit. I also understood that any interruption in the sequence leads to forfeiture of the previously played card. |

Very happy you didn't have 2 of them.. EP on turn 1, with a Blockade card, not a good CSA start! |

#81: 3 / Emancipation Proclamation - Reshuffle/Remove Either player must play this card as an EC on the Strategy Round immediately following a Union large or medium battle victory. Confederate loses 10 SW and 3 SPs (his choice). Union loses 5 SW. Flip GT marker to its Emancipation Proclamation side. Card must be the last one played by a player at which time it can be played as an OC card. If the play of this card as an OC results in a battle victory, there is no Emancipation Proclamation Remove from deck if event is played. If this card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at the end of the Strategy Phase. Message from Union: So, actually, I do have a 3 Ops card. Activate AOP, DC; d1, n2 1. Manassas 2. Convert 3. Strasburg 4. Convert 5. Manassas 6. Frederick, n4 |
