I miss read the Jpn orders. There was no ground combat at Clark Field. The main Jpn landing was due South of Aparri. The A/N attack did eliminate the 17th PG, however Clark Field remains in the hands of the Americans.

As part of the initial set-up the US must randomly select 2 BB for mothball status. These two BB must be activated via the Mobilization Process.

The US BB's are arranged alphabetically. Counting down from Colorado=1, the two selected will be indicated by these die rolls. Rerolling only the second on a tie.
