I believe you can only SR units from the Reserve Box into your Capital, a supply space or an urban center - which in the Caucasus limits you to just Tbilisi. However two workarounds: 1.) You could SR an SCU out of Tbilisi so that you could SR in two SCUs from the RB into Tbilisi. (The LCU in Tbilisi would cost too much to SR.) 2.) You could SR one or two SCUs from Russia across the Caspian Sea into Baku. (Although I think you'd only be able to do that with the shock army in Stalingrad and the reduced SCU in Vologda.) |
