I see the error you were talking about on the map. When I opened 002 all the flags were all over the place. I redid my turn1 001 file, if you can redo 002 I think we will be through all the errors. I updated Vassal to the newest version.

Please make sure you are also using the newest VASSAL version, which I believe is 3.5.5
