You actually played pretty well and I would say exceptionally if it's only your sixth game.The game was still open. In the Balkans there are not many victory points but it can be useful to waste time and ops for the CP. I would have started the offensive on the west front now and in the next few rounds, also to ease the pressure on the Russians. When all the AP troops are in play, including, Serbs, Romania, Italians and even Greeks it becomes hard for the CP to resist on all fronts. Anyway thanks. Hi sorry, I have to admit that my computer crashed, and I lost a bunch of turns. I need to build a better habit of saving the file. I don't have enough time to fix the file and start again, so I guess we'll call it here. Well played, did you have any thoughts or tips for me about the game? I thought you did quite well, and you were pushing me out of the Balkans because I didn't leave enough troops there. I haven't really seen the Balkans used effectively like that (this is only my 6th game or so) so it was very enlightening to watch you slowly creep your way through, then suddenly break in with the Italians. |
