I am traveling without my rule book, but I think the relevant rule is 7...? The ten unit stacking limit is at any point in the movement phase. As long as there are less than 10 units in an area, that area can be moved through. If there had been ten units already stacked in the area then I could not have moved another unit into the area. If I moved two units and ended their movement then no more could have entered the area. Hope this clarifies the movement of my units in move#281 |

I think your move is an illegal one. My rationale..... You are in a contested area and according to Rule 8.34 "no unit may exit a Contested Area except to move to an adjacent Free Area". According to Rule 7.6 an area is free if it is vacant and under friendly control. So my reading is that as Area 9 is not under your friendly control you cannot enter it with units from area 8 (a contested area). Do you agree? If yes please redo your 9A1a. |
