my point is: Rize space is not Russia, but Turkey. So reading 13.1.6 Russian units may only SR inside Russia including the Russian Near East. This includes both overland SR and also SR from or to the Reserve Box. Seems to me, that Rize is out of RU SR possibilities, just like say Czernowitz or Konigsberg. Batum, Kars, Erivan, Baku are fine, but Rize is not. I could be totally wrong, of course. |

You flipped both armies, which means there are no full power units to advance (12.2.12), which means no retreat is taken. In order to make that army retreat, You need to eliminate one of armies, instead of flipping both :) |
