Thank you Edgar. Although it always feels good to win I am a little sorry that you chose to end the game. There would probably have been plenty of difficult decision and nerv wrecking die results had the game continued. I was lucky in how the cards were dealt and I got a feeling that you were unlucky in the same respect. I am not that experienced to really give an accurate analysis of the game. But I felt you were more efficient in using your OPs than my previous opponents. I hope you will continue in the tournament and wish you good luck in your next games. |

I'm going to concede the game at this point. Even if I was to finally get some decent rolls and claw back my position, I wouldn't be able to maintain a decent pace of play until late January due to holiday travel plans. As for the Google Drive, I would recommend trying out creaing logfiles with your next opponent. Once it gets running, you'll see that the game states stay in sync, and small mistakes like that get corrected instead of staying on the map. What did you think about the game? I think you did a great job of maintaining the pressure of the Germans on the French once things got going. I see a number of pretty obvious mistakes that I made while playing while jet lagged: - Not making FR MO earlier, and not abandoning Belfort after the play of Landwehr, causing an awkward extra SR play - Not bringing Belgians and BEF into the line at some point (not sure what was a good time though, maybe early into C-T before the hammer was played?) |

Google drive report. I have used the arrow "step forward through the logfile" button. After a few push on the button it turns grey and the situation resembles our game in many ways but not all. FYI, for the Vassal logs, you should try opening my log files. You'll notice that you can't log in as the Allies, and clicking the red door button will only log you out of whatever faction you select. You can also replicate this effect using two different computers with Vassal installed, and different username/passwords for each. Remember to hold page down to see all the contents of the log. |

Are you sure you can SR BEFc from RB to Calais? Corps from RB must go either to another unit of same nation or to nation’s supply source. Correct? |
