Yes we celebrate New Year tonight. But, we celebrate Serbian New Year on 13 of January too. Serbian people love fun, so we use every opportunity to make celebration. Only in Serbia was Slava. That was day when chuch celebrate some saint (protector of your family). On that day you make dinner for all people that come to your home. It is day for family rejunion (like your thanks giving day). But every family have they Slava day (around 4 on a months). So I go to my wife Slava St. Georgy, my Slava St. Petka, my friend Slava St. Nikolas. It was 3 celebration for me per year. In some part of our country family celebrate Slava 3 days.
