1. No, AOP is in supply because Parkersburg is a port on the Ohio River. All port spaces (or able to trace to a port space) are Union supply sources unless DUNC. To have AOP as OOS, CSA needs a fort/ironclad in Wheeling, or a fort in Pittsburg. Then that stretch of Ohio river is DUNC. The Ohio river arrow on the map points to where the river is flowing. That is where the Union Naval control is flowing from and can operate. 2. No, AoP cannot receive reinforcements via sm from La Fayette Indiana, as there is no friendly rail link between them and naval SM is blocked by CSA fort in Louisville. Now, if Union is able to trace a friendly rail link from say, Jackson OH thru WVa, then using the B&O Rail to link to Harpers and then trace to a northern rail edge, then USA player can place the Central 6 sp reinforcement in Jackson OH. In that case, AOP can then receive the 6 sp reinforcement via SM. |
