The delay was in part figuring out how to play this. Playing the event has some attractions and I am guessing, that having gone to Harrisburg, that you have a 2 space intercept card.

Using that card will do me damage with this move but it also reduces the excess cards in your hand from 2 to 1, which (I hope) makes it worth it.
