Not much to worry about as I have no ability to save either Virginia or Missouri due to lack of forts across rivers and SPs. I was going to commit suicide with AoW against AoC so I could have all those generals back for next turn, but if I do that I will automatically lose due to blockade runners failing. This way I should at least make it into next turn!

If played by the Confederate, he draws a card from the Union hand which is discarded, and the Union player follows the instructions of this card as his next card play.
