Hi Didier,

thanks for your patience during my over-long hiatus. I think I can resume regular moves now. File posted, back to you for reaction.
17 2/18/2021 2:38:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese 35 3 Operations #35: 3 / Operation KE: Guadalcanal Evacuation
Choose a Japanese occupied coastal hex. Up to 3 Japanese ground units in the chose hex and all adjacent hexes (that do not have to be coastal hexes) may conduct strategic naval movement (with no amphibious shipping points required) from these hexes to any single friendly port hex. No battles may be initiated. The move is unaffected by Allied air ZOI, however all other conditions for a strategic naval move apply.

11 2/17/2021 2:34:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies 24 2 Event #24: 2 / Skip Bombing Attack: Battle of the Bismark Sea
The Japanese permanently lose one Amphibious Shipping Point unless it is their last ASP. Bonus: Prior to battle, if an active Japanese CA, CL or APD naval unit moved within the extended range of a U.S. non-LRB air unit it loses one step. If more than one naval unit qualifies, Japanese player's choice. Draw one Strategy Card. Remove from play if use as an event.

Message from Allies:
ok here goes my first mistake... I thought this card is an event but realize it is a reaction.
Do you accept if I play it in reaction to Kondo's Offensive?
I wanted to play it primarily for the ASP reduction (which is why, hmmm hmmm, I had not cared reading the rest of the text :) But one hit to the Nachi is a nice bonus of course, and this is likely the only chance where I could hit a cruiser this turn with the card condition.
4 2/16/2021 5:10:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese 47 3 Event #47: 3 / VADM Kondo: Conquest of the Dutch East Indies
Activation: South or South Seas HQs only. Logistic Value: 7 Float Plane Tactics: Japanese CA naval units add 2 to their attack strengths for the duration of this Offensive.
