Feel free to start up a "demo" game in order to try out the system and see how it works, but PLEASE be considerate and delete the game after you are done testing with it. This is a free service, and cannot be sustained if the database becomes cluttered with inactive games. Note that as a last resort, games that are inactive for over a month will be purged from the system automatically.
Using the system
The system is primarily concerned with dealing and keeping track of Strategy cards. It will record in the Journal (and send out e-mails to players) when:
Strategy hands are replenished
A turn is ended
Cards are drawn and played
Enjoy!
Updates (as of 3/21/13):
Shuttle Diplomacy is now treated as an "active event" when played as an event - it stays out of the discard pile until it removed from play by either player.
The original Aldrich Ames card now includes the text from the "Remix" card, for those who choose to play without the 6 optional cards but agree to use the "Remix".
New button on the Play Card page to allow playing an opponent's event card as Operations without triggering the event (in cases where the event has been prevented or prerequisites haven't been met).
The turn can no longer be advanced if either player holds scoring cards. (The failed attempt will be written to the journal along with which players are holding scoring cards.)
The original Aldrich Ames card will no longer be in the deck when you start a game using the 6 optional cards.
When Defectors is played as a Headline event, the other Headline event will now be correctly discarded (instead of being played as an event).
Permanently Removed cards no longer appear in the Discards list, to avoid confusion.
Our Man in Tehran can now be played correctly using the new "Return to Deck and Reshuffle" button on the Play Card page.
