I did move all 5 SPs into the Army of Tennessee. You can see that there are no extra SPs where these 5 originated from. This is a Vassal annoyance. When I decremented your Strategic Rail from 7 to 6, Vassal also moved the Tennessee strength marker (since they were "stacked together") down to 6, which I didn't notice. |
