Play as interrupt to cancel the activation of any Union general with a strategy rating of 2 or 3.

Message from Confederate:
Truth be told, it doesn't matter if you change your Cotton is King play or not because I will cancel which ever general you activate.

So, Butler remains in Charlottesville and the other spaces (Appomattox, Burkeville, etc.) are still clear.
190 6/2/2025 3:22:00 AM Summer 1862 Confederate Message well, I don't like the fact that you know your hand before making any changes, and like I said, if we were still in the tournament, I would ask the GM to reset the deal.

But, you should be able to redo your reinforcements and strategic rail (and you may want to wait for my reinforcements before your strat rail) after my last card play.
189 6/1/2025 10:37:00 PM Summer 1862 Union Message Its got muddled because I played Cotton as King and didn't return it to my hand, so when you concluded your last move I thought we'd reached end of turn

What do you want to do - I'm OK to simply do my turn with Cotton as King and you can play your last card, I think that will change PCs/Attrition/Reinforcements but I think that they can be sorted out

188 6/1/2025 10:32:00 PM Summer 1862 Union Message Well I was out out cards (I wasn't holding another one) and you've just played what looks like two moves for your last move (what looks like a campaign card)

you're seriously jumping the gun here as we both have a card left

160 5/17/2025 7:38:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message one discrepancy I just noticed as I'm about to resolve battle

Your file has Beauregard in Tennessee (where he's never been) instead of in the Army of the West with Lee.
159 5/17/2025 7:32:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Your most recent file has 7 in the Army of the Potomac and 2 SPs in Lynchburg (and 0 in Wytheville), which is exactly what I suggested in log 157, so we are in agreement. FWIW, both of our earlier files have 8 in the Army and 1 in Wytheville.

Incidentally, I forgot to mention this. In your general reorganization, because the Army of the Potomac is on a small segment of four rail spaces disjoint from the rest of the rail network, generals moving to or from it are limited to 10 movement. This is not a problem for Burnside or Butler, but Banks may not move from Lynchburg to Cairo. Bloomington is 9 spaces away, so he can pretty much go from Bloomington to anywhere east of that.

158 5/11/2025 7:42:00 AM Spring 1862 Union Message You've already sent me the file and I reviewed it and made comment on it, Please see #124.

I will send you my latest copy of the my file. Can I suggest we are wasting a lot of time trying to sync files. Can we please just exchange VLOG files after each move, so we don't get out of sync.
157 5/10/2025 4:31:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message The file I sent (which we were supposedly in agreement) has 8 SPs in the Army and 1 in Wytheville, so you could definitely pick up only 1 in Wytheville and still attack with 7.

Are you leaving 2 in the fort?

Just for clarification, here are the other counts in that file:

Potomac/Lynchburg 8
Wytheville 1
Charlottesville 2 (just eliminated)
Strasburg 2
Franklin 1
Winchester and Staunton empty
156 5/9/2025 11:19:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #100: 3 / Shiloh
Confederate Player may move 5 SPs using Strategic Movement (rail connections only) to the same space with a Confederate General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more Union SPs or fort. If a general casualty occurs in a battle caused by this card, the Commanding General is eligible, this is an exception to the rules. See 4.5.

129 4/25/2025 8:24:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message You should have 37 SPs (19 after attrition + 18 reinforcements). We are in agreement everywhere except for the size of the Army of the Potomac. You have one strategic rail move remaining. So, you can either reduce the Army to 7 or you can keep it at 8 and remove 1 SP anywhere else on the map.
128 4/23/2025 7:38:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message Please check the file I sent you for my end of turn (before the revisions) and clarify what you think needs to change AOP is 7 and Wytheville now 1?
127 4/23/2025 6:53:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message Except you chose to accept attrition in the original move as ordered. Even if the battle had been in Charlottesville as you assumed, there was nothing to prevent you from dropping SPs before the battle in Staunton such that you could setup for no attrition at the end of your move.

This is about correcting your strategic rail because you're moving SPs that are not where you think they are. It is not to change a move that was otherwise legal but for the wrong battle location.

If you want to drop an SP in Staunton, I'm ok with that because it was rather curious that you didn't do so in the first place in order to place control. But you should still incur the attrition.
126 4/22/2025 5:38:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message We are correcting a move/combat, this comes before attrition
125 4/22/2025 8:57:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message You shouldn't be allowed to reverse attrition after you already took it. If you want to place SPs in Staunton, you can take them from either Charlottesville or Wytheville.

119 4/18/2025 9:41:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message Sorry I've written McClellan but left Rosencrans in the file

The move is what I intended to do - concerting Strasburg means I don't get to Wytheville and end in Lynchburg. All the spaces also converted to USA at the end of the turn.
118 4/18/2025 9:38:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message also, you can't leave McClellan behind (same reason you couldn't leave Lee behind in the other game)
117 4/18/2025 9:36:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message My point is that you could convert Strasburg and attack in supply (and not risk the out of supply roll) and you could still make it to Lynchburg and Wytheville. The only difference is you would end in Wytheville instead of Lynchburg
116 4/16/2025 9:29:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message OK but I don't control Strasburg, so I would still be OOS in Staunton.

That said, I lost the minimum possible in 2*/1 result - I can't see how rerolling changes the outcome?
115 4/16/2025 Fall 1861 Confederate Message not sure what you're trying to accomplish here, but note that Bragg was in Staunton not Charlottesville which means you could attack in supply and still end your movement in Lynchburg
