In Fall 1862, New Orleans only received one reinforcement as the blockade runner was unsuccessful, and it moved out by strategic rail (log 348) as is usual the case after strategic rail completes. During the turn, Wilmington received 1 SP from CSA Purchasing Agent (log 289) which railed out the next card play (log 293), Western Concentration Block. |
