Oops! I admit I never recognized this rule. I think I have played this incorrectly in many games. This makes it even more difficult for AP in Near East especially according Bagdad. And it slows down Russia in Near East. So I'm absolutly fine with having it done so far in this game, now we know and we'll do it correctly in the future. |

Added the VP. I have been fearing that card for some time. Ever since we started this game I played some PoG on Vassal and Rally The Troops. While I believe I made some good decisions these last turns, I made plenty of questionable ones before. For example, at some point I planned to retreat all Russian forces far away from their starting positions. Moving 3 different nationalities to Calais also bit me, because it is expensive to correct. I don't know how I will salvage the situation now that fall of the Tsar happened, and I don't have a Russian Army in the Caucasus. |
