I'll continue. I got this turn wrong right from the beginning. focus should have been on getting to Fall of Tsar rather than defending in the west. I"m not actually going to lose Sedan and putting russians on back heels enables everything else. useful lesson in CP priorities. I"d like to play a friendly with same sides when this is over to hone CP play a bit more if you are willing. :) I don't lose AH army on a 4 LF if both GEc are full strngth, but it's sill not a good move. better is leaving the wounded GEc, if we know one is wounded, and bringing both the AH army and healthy GEc to Florence. |

good grief. I didn't look in the log past your message about the trench die roll. in future, if I have a mistake in my turn, please wait to see if that changes my turn. it's the reason I don't roll my own trench dice. this is a big, not a small difference, as it means a 4 loss, which is a full third of the time, kills the army. I was close enough as it was to moving the army from Genoa ot Florence and leaving a GEc. |
