Kelly, hello. I just realized I should also have rolled for General McDowell. As you have already drawn your cards I propose that you either - select two locations and roll between those to place McDowell, or alternatively - select one location, but then a 1d8 roll to decide which of your eight generals ends up there, and if it’s not McDowell then McDowell goes where the general going into the new location originally was (hopefully this makes sense).
