High Seas Fleet was for RP in 699. I wouldn't have attacked otherwise. It probably won't matter, but I think in this situation the IT army is perm elim. I don't like that rule, but I think it is how it works. I could be wrong. 2) An army is replaced with a corps which cannot retreat, including overstack situations. In this case the army is permanently eliminated and the corps is eliminated and placed in the eliminated/replaceable box. |
