Whoops, I forgot to place General Polk...
I would naturally place him at Richmond VA, but as there is only 1 SP there I don't think that is a feasible solution.
Note that I have already seen my cards.
I would propose that we roll between Richmond and a second location, and then roll to see where generals R. E. Lee and Polk arrive.
I would propose three other spaces as alternative and you choose one of the three for the roll.
If you agree with that, I would propose Dover TN, Memphis TN and Charleston SC...
